Our Story

JP and
his coffee cart.

After 20 years in the coffee industry—from roasting beans at the roaster to running full-scale cafes—I've brought things back to what matters most: exceptional coffee and good conversation.

Born from two decades of passion for coffee and its culture, our little cart in Fairfax is all about slow mornings, meticulous espresso, and building community one cup at a time.

Grind, dose, temperature — all of it gets tasted and adjusted before the first customer shows up. Coffee moves with the weather, so we move with it.
